Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends, holidays, or extreme peak periods);

  • After shipment, we will email you tracking information;

  • In cases of pre-orders, restocks, major promotions, or force majeure events, processing times may be extended. We will provide updates by email or via on-site notices.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight/size, and selected shipping method. If free-shipping thresholds or promotional rules apply, the website announcement and/or checkout display shall prevail.

Estimated Delivery Time (Reference)

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination country/region. Reference estimates are as follows (checkout display shall prevail):

  • Express International Shipping: approximately 5–10 business days;

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 7–15 business days;

  • Remote areas or customs clearance may cause additional delays.

Note: We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Transit times may be affected by flights, customs, weather, and local carriers.

Duties & Taxes (DDU)

We generally do not collect any destination-country duties/taxes at the time of purchase. If such charges occur, they are typically paid by the recipient according to local regulations during customs clearance or delivery.

Tracking

After shipment, we will send a tracking number and/or tracking link. If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam/junk folder first, or contact us for assistance.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Failure

  • Please ensure your shipping address, postal code, and phone number are accurate and complete;

  • If delivery fails or a package is returned due to an incorrect address or inability to contact the recipient, additional re-delivery or return fees may apply;

  • If a package is refused or delivery attempts fail multiple times, any related losses and fees may be borne by the recipient.
