Refund Policy (Returns/Exchanges/Refunds)
Scope

This policy applies to products purchased on dev1024.com. For cross-border orders, please refer to our Shipping Policy for shipping coverage, estimated delivery times, and duties/taxes.

Return Window

Please submit a return or exchange request within 30 days from the date you receive your order (based on the carrier’s delivery confirmation).

Return Conditions
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and free from noticeable wear, stains, or odors, with all tags/labels (if applicable) intact;

  • Items must be securely packaged for return. If returning shoes, please place the shoebox inside a protective outer box to avoid labels being placed on the shoebox or damage to the packaging;

  • If an item is Final Sale or not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, this will be clearly stated on the product page (if applicable).

How to Start a Return or Exchange
  1. Submit a request via our 24/7 online support or contact us , and provide your order number and the reason for the return/exchange;

  2. After approval, we will send return instructions and a return address / reference number (if applicable);

  3. Ship the item back within the instructed timeframe. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping your shipping receipt;

  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping & Fees
  • Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, missing items, or clear quality issues), return shipping is typically paid by the customer;

  • Original shipping fees and any duties/taxes paid (if applicable) are generally non-refundable, subject to the actual situation and local regulations.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases (Examples)
  • Requests submitted after the return window;

  • Items showing clear signs of use, washing, odor (e.g., perfume/smoke), human-caused damage, or missing accessories/tags;

  • Final Sale items clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page (if applicable).

Damaged / Wrong / Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us  within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photo/video evidence. We will prioritize a replacement, exchange, or refund solution.

Refund Method & Timing
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method;

  • After inspection approval, refunds are typically initiated within 3–5 business days;

  • Posting time is usually 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider (subject to the card issuer/payment institution).

Order Changes / Cancellations

If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us  as soon as possible. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, changes or cancellations are typically not possible.
