Return & Exchange Policy

1) Return & Exchange Window

Eligible items may be returned based on the delivery date:

Within 30 days of delivery: eligible for a refund to the original payment method (excluding original shipping fees, if any).

2) Item Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

Unworn (trying on is OK)

Unwashed

In new condition with original tags attached

Free of makeup stains, perfume/smoke odors, pet hair, body odor, or other signs of wear

Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined and returned to the sender.

3) Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Items marked FINAL SALE or Clearance

Undergarments / intimate items (for hygiene reasons)

Accessories such as jewelry, scarves, belts, socks, sunglasses, hair accessories (if applicable)

Final sale items will be clearly labeled on the product page or at checkout.

4) Exchanges

We support exchanges when inventory is available.

To request an exchange, email [semail] with your order number and the item/size you want.

For fastest service, we may recommend placing a new order for the replacement item once your return is approved.

5) Return Shipping & Fees

We do not charge any return processing fee or restocking fee.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable (if any were paid).

Please use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

6) International Returns & Exchanges

We accept international returns and exchanges (where eligible) following the same return windows and condition requirements.

Important (International Orders):

Any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery/return transit times may be longer due to customs and local carrier processing.

7) How to Return an Item

Please include your packing slip/invoice or a note with:

Order number

Reason for return (optional)

8) Refunds & Store Credit Processing Time

Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing.

Refunds go back to the original payment method (excluding original shipping fees, if any).

Banks/payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.

9) Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please email [semail] within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the issue (and the shipping label if possible)
